Tesco ideas to reduce wastage! Apricot Syrup - Make a simple sugar syrup using two parts water, two parts sugar and one-part apricot stones. Bring the syrup to the boil, transfer into a glass bowl with the stones still in. Strain before use and use it to flavour Greek yogurt, Flavoured Vinegar - Cherry, plum, apricot and peach pits all work to flavour vinegar. Take a clean jar, fill with the pits, then cover with white wine vinegar. Are you having a bonfire party this weekend? Here at Bardsley Farms it is our annual bonfire party and we will be serving our very own warm spiced apple juice. This seasonal warming drink is delicious when made with either our apple or pear juice. Simply heat 1 ltr of apple or pear juice in a pan with 1 cinnamon stick, 3 star anise, 3 cloves, 1 sliced orange and 1 sliced lemon for 10 mins until all the flavours have infused and add honey to taste.
